Due to the nature of our products, which are produced via Print-On-Demand (POD) methods, our policy is designed to ensure quality and regulatory compliance while minimising waste.
1. Returns for Defects, Errors, and Damage
We accept returns ONLY if the item is misprinted, defective, or physically damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item (e.g., wrong design, size or colour).

Timeframe: You have 30 days after the receipt of your item to notify us of a defect or error.

To File a Claim: Contact us immediately at store@redmatrix.uk. You MUST include:

Your Order Number.

Clear, high-resolution photographs of the issue, defect or damage.

Action: If your claim is approved, we will process a free replacement order immediately, or issue a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect Size Ordered: All size charts are provided on the product page. Please check measurements carefully before purchasing.

Incorrect Colour Ordered.

Buyer’s Remorse.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer size exchanges. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will send a free replacement of the exact same item, size, and colour.
4. Disclaimer of Liability
By purchasing this product, you agree that Red Matrix Store shall not be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. Our merchandise is designed for novelty and expressive purposes only. Your use of this product is at your own risk.
